the 10-day Cleanse and Detoxification Program

 
IMPORTANT: Read these instructions through several times
before beginning the program.
 
PREPARING FOR THE CLEANSE—One week before you begin:

Take 1 capsule of Colon Cleanse #1 with a glass of water with your evening meal and increase dosage by one additional capsule each evening until you are having at least 2 to 3 loose bowel movements per day. Eat lots of fresh fruits, salads and vegetables, and drink 8-10 glasses of water during this time as you prepare for the cleanse. Remember to obey God's eight laws of health - (Trust in God, fresh air, exercise, sunshine, adequate rest, pure water, temperance, and proper nutrition)—during and after this program. Now you may go to START.

START: These instructions are available in a printer-friendly version HERE.   (Numbers 1 - 8 below represent instructions for one full day. Repeat instructions 1 - 8 for day two, three, etc., until you begin adding new ingredients (instructions 9 - 12) on Day Six below.) Refer, also, to the printable hourly schedule.

  1. (6:30 AM) First thing in the morning on an empty stomach, cleanse your kidneys and bladder by drinking 16 to 24 oz. of lukewarm water with the juice of 1 lemon and a pinch of cayenne powder (optional) mixed in.

  3. (7:00 AM) Take 1 heaping teaspoon (one scoop) of Colon Cleanse #2 (black powder) in 8 oz. of water or grape juice. Continue taking the formula approximately every 2 to 3 hours (7 AM, 9:30 AM, 1 PM, 5 PM, 7 PM) for a total of 5 servings a day for 5 days or until the jar is empty. Works best if you shake it vigorously in a small jar with 8 oz. of water or grape juice, etc., and drink it immediately. Follow by drinking another 8 oz. of water.

  5. (8:00 AM) For breakfast blend 8 oz. of fresh organic apple juice and 2-4 oz. distilled water with 2 Tablespoons (1 scoop) of LifeForce and 1 tablespoon of Flaxseed Oil mixed in. Add your favorite fresh or frozen fruits and berries to make a delicious smoothie, such as: banana, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, mango, peach, apple, etc.

  7. (8:00 AM) Next, have 1 cup of Kidney Cleanse Tea with 2 droppers-full (70 drops) of Renal Tone Kidney/Bladder Formula added per cup. Consume the tea and formula three times a day (8 AM, 12 Noon, 4 PM), and the Renal Tone Kidney/Bladder formula a fourth time at 8:00 PM. Continue this schedule for 5 days.
  8.  
  9. (10:00 AM) For best results, juice fast for the entire 10 days. Drink 8-12 oz. fresh organic carrot juice at 10 AM, 12 PM, 4 PM, 6 PM and 8 PM. Be creative - Add 3 or 4 unpeeled carrots, some kale, three stalks of celery, beet tops, 1/4 to 1/2 beet, and a small handful of parsley into your juicer for at least two of the servings of carrot juice each day. Also try adding spinach or brocoli. (If you are diabetic, dilute all juices with 50% distilled water and check your blood sugar daily. Always consult your physician first.)
  10.  
  11. (2:00 PM) Enjoy another LifeForce drink. (See 8:00 AM above).

  13. Try to drink 4 - 6 glasses of distilled water throughout the day, in addition to the juices.
  14.  
  15. (6:00 PM) Continue taking the right dosage for you of Colon Cleanse #1 at night that guarantees you at least three loose bowel movements a day. This may be 3 to 6 capsules or more. Don′t be afraid of this wonderful herbal formula. The important thing is that you keep the channels of elimination open. However, it is best not to take Colon Cleanse #1 on an empty stomach—take it with a glass of carrot juice.

Juice fast for the entire 10 days. However, some people eat raw fruits and vegetables beginning on Day 6, for a combination of eating and juicing. If you decide to eat, eat **fresh raw whole fruit only on Day 6 and 7, then, on Day 8, have fruit for breakfast (along with your LifeForce drink) and a large raw fresh salad for lunch (no head lettuce - use romaine, green leaf, spinach, red leaf, butter leaf, etc.). Add to your salad all your favorite vegetables. For dressing, use 1 to 2 tablespoons Barlean's Flaxseed Oil or Udo's Oil, chopped fresh garlic, lemon juice and a little distilled water. If you want a third meal, eat raw fruit only. Do not snack! Remember this is a cleansing program and your food is your medicine!

 
DAYS 6-10 -- Continue with Numbers 1-8 above the first 5-days; Day 6 add the following:
  1. (8:00 AM) Enjoy your LifeForce drink now, and again at 2 PM. (See #3 above).
  2.  
  3. (8:15 AM) -- Blend together the following ingredients for a Liver/Gallbladder flush: 8 oz. fresh lemon juice, 8 oz. distilled water, 6-10 cloves of fresh garlic (start with 6 and increase daily), 1/2 cup of virgin cold-pressed olive oil, a pinch of cayenne (1/4 tsp.), and 2 inches of fresh ginger root. Drink 8 oz. morning (8:15 AM) and 8 oz. evening (4 PM) for five days. Keep refrigerated and make more as needed.

  5. (8:30 AM) -- Follow the morning and evening Liver/Gallbladder flush with 1 cup of Detox Herbal Tea, and also have 1 cup at 12 noon. Follow the tea with 2 droppers-full (70 drops) HepaTone Liver/Gallbladder formula. (You may choose to put the HepaTone Formula into 1 oz. juice or water or put 2 droppers-full (70 drops) directly into each cup of tea.) You will also take 2 droppers-full (70 drops) HepaTone Liver/Gallbladder formula at 8 PM, for a total of 4 times a day. Also, take 3 droppers-full (70 drops) of HemaTone Blood Detox Formula four times a day (8:30 AM, 12 Noon, 4:15 PM, 8 PM), until the 2 oz. bottle is empty.
  6.  
  7. (10:00 AM) -- Along with your carrot/vegetable juice, enjoy a cup or two of delicious Potassium Broth. (See recipe below). You may have some broth again at 2:00 PM if desired.

POTASSIUM BROTH RECIPE -- This is a great-tasting addition to your cleansing program. It will flush your system of toxins, poisons and unwanted salts and acids while giving you a concentrated amount of vitamins and minerals. -- Fill a large pot with 25% potato peelings, 25% carrot peelings and whole chopped beets, 25% chopped onions including 50 cloves of garlic, 25% celery and dark greens. Add hot peppers to taste. Add enough distilled water to cover vegetables and simmer on very low temperature for 1-2 hours. Strain, or just dip your mug in, and drink only the broth. Put the vegetables in your compost. Make enough for two days, refrigerating the leftover broth. It is important to use organic vegetables. We do not want to consume any toxic insecticides, pesticides or inorganic chemical.
 
AFTER DAY 10 -- Congratulations, you made it! It is very important that you do not break the fast improperly! If you juice fasted for the 10 days, start eating again beginning with fresh whole fruit for a day or two, and then begin adding other whole food products during the next few days. Add to your diet cooked organic brown rice, oatmeal, legumes, nuts, seeds, whole-grain breads, potatoes, etc. Eat as much raw organic food as you can! No dairy products or animal foods at all. If you ate for the last 5 days, continue to eat raw fruit and vegetables and gradually add cooked whole foods to your meals.
 
MAINTENANCE PROGRAM -- Continue to eat a healthy vegan diet with lots of variety, plus, 50-75% fresh raw fruits and veggies. Discover some good vegan and live-food recipe books and continue your path to optimal health. Make juicing and the LifeForce drink or smoothie a regular part of your life. Keep using the Colon Cleanse #1 to maintain good bowel habits. Continue taking the LifeForce and Flaxseed oil or Udo's Oil on a daily basis. Drink 8-12 glasses of pure water every day. Exercise regularly and get adequate rest. Remember the 8 Laws of Natural Health.
 
HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU DO THE CLEANSE? Some people cleanse with the seasons, others once or twice a year.
 
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
  • Breakfast Drink (LifeForce): If at all possible, use organic apples and make fresh apple juice. Use 16 oz. apple juice, about 4 oz. distilled water, and one tablespoon flaxseed oil, and one scoop (2 tablespoons) of LifeForce
  • Carrot Juice: Use only organic carrots. Be creative - add other vegetables to your carrot juice at least twice a day - 3 stalks celery, 1/4 beet, beet tops, small handful parsley, handful spinach, Swiss chard, kale, and even an apple.
  • Water: Don't forget to drink 4-6 glasses of water throughout the day, in addition to the carrot juice.
  • Colon Cleanse #1: At 6:00 PM each evening don't forget to take the appropriate dosage to keep the channels of elimination working properly (2-3 bowel movements daily) - this may be 3-6 capsules or even more. Don't be afraid of this wonderful formula. The important thing is that you must keep the bowels open.
  • Exercise: Take time to exercise regularly during the program. Outdoor exercise is best. Walk briskly, bicycle moderately, jog, etc. 30-60 minutes each scheduled day. Recommended is a 2-days on, 1-day off rotating schedule. After the 10:00 am glass of Carrot Juice is a wonderful time to go out and circulate!
  • Stress: Give your stress and burdens to God—that is His invitation. Stress, worry and anxiety are huge contributors to most disease processes.
  • Healing crisis (Herxheimer syndrome): It is not uncommon to undergo headaches, muscle aches, flu-like symptoms, and even weakness during the program. This is not uncommon as the toxins are drawn from the tissues and become temporarily concentrated causing these transient symptoms. For best results, persevere through this temporary discomfort. Drink plenty of water and make sure your bowels are eliminating properly. If they are not, increase the dosage of Colon Cleanse #1. Remember, the healing crisis will pass and you will begin to feel amazing as the toxins are eliminated.
